The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to disclose what information is collected, how the information that is provided to PASHA Bank Mobile Application is used by the Bank, and how such information is both protected and made available on our resources. By using the Bank’s resources and services User agrees to this Privacy Policy and provides his consent to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information collected by the Bank is used for providing and improving the Service. The Bank shall not use or share User’s information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using Service, the Bank may require User to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that Bank requests will be retained by the Bank and used as described in this privacy policy.
This application does use third party services that may collect information used to identify User.
The Bank shall use and process information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Bank’s regulations on Customer Personal Data Protection and laws of the Republic of the Azerbaijan.

Log Data
The Bank informs User that whenever he uses the Service, in a case of an error in the app the Bank collects data and information (through third party products) on User’s phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as User’s device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of User’s use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to User’s browser from the websites that he visits and are stored on his device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. User has the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If User chooses to refuse these cookies, he may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Service Providers
The Bank may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
• To facilitate the Service;
• To provide the Service on behalf of the Bank;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist the Bank in analyzing how the Service is used.
The Bank shall be entitled to pass User information to the Bank's affiliated persons and such other companies as may be associated with the Bank. The Bank shall not pass User information to companies and/or private persons that are not associated with the Bank except: — with the User's consent.

The Bank shall take every possible measures to ensure that User information is secure and protected from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction and other improper use. In particular, the Bank shall on an ongoing basis improve ways in which data is collected, stored and processed, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to the Bank's systems for property theft, phishing and/or other fraudulent purposes. The Bank shall also limit access to User information by employees, contractors and agents by providing strict contractual confidentiality obligations with harsh sanctions and penalties for breaches. Secure use of the Bank's Services also depends on User compliance with recommendations available on the Bank's official website. A User must keep account details such as the login and the password secret from third parties. A User shall promptly inform the Bank of any suspected unauthorized use of his or her account. User compliance with the Bank's recommendations will help to ensure maximum protection of information passed to the Bank.

Information transfer terms
The User gives his/her consent to the Bank on processing his/her data specified as when registering in this Application, by any means, including by third parties, including but not limited to reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above mentioned processing of his/her other personal data obtained as a result of their processing, in order to: providing access to the functionality of the Bank's Mobile Application and/or Internet Bank, as well as for
• Conclude a universal agreement with the Bank;
• Issue and service bank cards;
• Create information systems of personal data of the Bank;
• As well as for any other purposes directly or indirectly related to issuing and servicing bank cards and an offer for other products of the Bank, and providing the User with the information about new products and services of the Bank and/or its counterparties.
The User gives his/her consent to the Bank’s counterparties on processing all personal data available to the Bank and/or the Bank’s counterparties, among other things in order to inform the User about the services of the counterparties. The specified consent has been given until the event of its recall.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Bank shall be entitled to update and change provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time.
