"PASHA Bank" open joint-stock company announces a tender for selection of a contractor for the development and implementation of an integrated advertising campaign.

1. General requirements to the Bidders

- Availability of unbiased information on the status of advertising market, best brand promotion facilities (printed, electronic media, radio-video channels etc.) as well as realization of other tasks via ATL and BTL media channels

- Competency to develop a concept and produce an advertising product: specialized video commercial, advertisement panels, banners etc. aimed to broadcast the brand philosophy and promote the sales.

2. All advertising agencies and specialized organizations meeting the following requirements are invited to participate in the tender:

- At least 5 years of experience in the advertising market.
- Experience in execution of similar projects using various ATL and BTL tools, and availability of an impressive portfolio.
- Availability of privately-owned media resources and/or resources of outdoor advertising (or favorable terms for the use of such resources)
- Availability of an in-house creative department responsible for the works performed under the Customer's supervision.

3. Duration:
- Project duration is 12 months.

4. In pre-qualification stage the bidders shall: :
- Present a brief information about Advertising Agency
- Submit a portfolio for the last 3 years of work (at the Agency's discretion) as well as the list of key clients with the short description of executed projects.
- Provide short description of capabilities as required in items 1 and 2 above.

5. Bid submission process
Interested organizations shall submit their bids by 12/02/2012. The Customer shall send the preliminary results of pre-qualification phase to the contact e-mails and telephones of participants indicated in the bids not later than 15/02/2012.

6.1. Customer shall present the following information to agencies which have passed prequalification stage:
- Information about the brand
- Tentative plans of brand promotion
- Information on marketing goals set for the brand and other information required by the Agency.

6.2. In its turn, the Agency shall provide the following within the specified time:
- Development of the general concept of advertising campaign and the optimal plan for brand promotion
- Detailed information on creative ideas and know-how for similar projects
- Detailed description of cooperation with partners as well as mass media for realization of this project
- Cost estimate and scheduled time for each stage of the project; amount of possible discounts for production and distribution of advertising materials that can be provided by Agency under this project.

The bidders shall be notified on the results of the Tender by e-mails and telephones of participants indicated in submissions not later than 01/03/2012. The best bid shall be selected based on the combination of creative components of the company, required budget size, special offers and other objective components. The project budget shall be established by the Customer upon the completion of the project analysis.
