“AI for Good” artificial intelligence training program, implemented through partnership between PASHA Bank and Div Academy, has officially opened.
The socially-oriented program has generated strong interest among young people aged 18–23 who have lost parents. A total of 457 applications were submitted. Candidates went through a multi-stage selection process based on their level of knowledge, motivation, and development potential. As a result, 148 applicants advanced to the second stage, from whom 46 were selected for a more in-depth assessment. Ultimately, 20 participants were chosen in the final selection stage.
Within the three-month training program, selected participants will gain knowledge and skills in the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, no-code technologies, and the practical application of these tools. The training process will be accompanied by mentoring sessions and practical projects.
In line with PASHA Bank’s social responsibility strategy, the project aims to support youth development, enhance digital literacy, and expand future career opportunities. Since the beginning of its operations, the Bank has identified the development of human capital, knowledge sharing, and strengthening regional potential as key priorities.
PASHA Bank will continue to support social initiatives that expand educational and career opportunities for young people.

In this context, projects organized by PASHA Bank such as the “PASHA Bank Cup”, hackathons, and other initiatives - play an important role in fostering new ideas among young programmers and IT professionals, developing innovative solutions, and supporting the national technology ecosystem growth.
