1. Shareholders holding ordinary shares of the Bank have a pre-emptive right to purchase additionally issued shares of the Bank. This pre-emptive right applies in proportion to the shareholder’s existing share in the Bank before the issuance. Additionally issued shares must be offered to shareholders on the same terms as those offered to other interested buyers.
2. Shareholders holding 5 percent of the Bank’s shares may request the convening of an extraordinary general meeting.
3. To participate in the management of the Bank, and to elect and be elected to its governing bodies, in the manner established by legislation and this Charter;
4. To participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank with voting rights and request a copy of its minutes;
5. To receive dividends from the Bank’s net profit;
6. In the event of termination of the Bank’s activities, to receive a certain part of the Bank’s remaining property after creditors’ claims, accrued but unpaid dividends, and the liquidation value of preferred shares have been paid;
7. To exercise other rights provided for by legislation and this Charter.
