Murad Suleymanov is an alumnus of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. In 2007, Mr. Suleymanov achieved a bachelor's degree in Engineering Economics and Management. Later, in 2009, he completed his master’s degree in the same major and graduated with honours.

In 2008-2011, Murad Suleymanov worked at the Audit Department of Azerbaijan branch of the Ernst & Young Holdings (SiAyEs) Bi.Vi company as a financial auditor. During this period, he provided audit services to the enterprises operating in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and telecommunication sectors.

Since October 2011, Murad Suleymanov joined "PASHA Insurance" OJSC and worked in the roles of Deputy Director of Finance and MIS, as well as the Finance Director and the Member of the Management Board. In the latter role, he worked as a curator of finance, actuarial, investment management, administrative management, procurement, and risk management departments. In 2015-2017, he went through various training programs for managers and participated in leadership modules within the "High Potential Leadership" program of "PASHA Holding" LLC.

Since May 2019, Murad Suleymanov has been appointed as the Director of the Group Finance and IT Department at "PASHA Holding" LLC and has been managing accounting and taxes, procurement, treasury, reporting, budgeting, and IT management.

Murad Suleymanov is also a member/chairman of Strategy and Budget Committees, Chairman of Procurement Committees, member/chairman of Investment Committees, member of Human Resources Committee, member of Innovation Advisory Council in various enterprises of PASHA Group, as well as member of Supervisory Boards in “PASHA Technology" LLC and "PASHA Capital" business enterprises.

From July 21, 2022, Murad Suleymanov is a Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board of "PASHA Bank" OJSC.
