PASHA Bank Georgia Appoints New Chairman of the Executive Board

PASHA Bank Georgia’s Supervisory Council has appointed Shahin Mammadov as the new Chairman of the Executive Board. Mr Mammadov was previously a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of PASHA Bank. The outgoing Chairman, Anar Ismaylov, will continue working in PASHA Bank in a new role.

Between 2003 and 2009, Mr Mammadov held a variety of positions in the banking sector and also worked in audit. Mr. Mammadov joined PASHA Bank in 2009 as Director of the Financial Management Department. In 2011, he was appointed a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank.

Mr Mammadov graduated cum laude from the Accounting and Audit faculty of the Azerbaijan State Economic University, having completed Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He also holds a Ph.D in Economics and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
