Within the framework of offering memorandum of registered uncertificated bonds of the "UniBank" Open Joint Stock Company registered by the Azerbaijan State Committee of Securities on 9 December, 2011, "PASHA Bank" OJSC with support of "UniCapital" OJSC acted as underwriter and market maker.

According to offering memorandum, placement of bonds will be conducted by way of public subsciption at Baku Stock Exchange. The total volume of emission is 20 million manat.

400 securities have been issued, each with par value 50 thousand manat. Annual percentage rate is 11%, maturity is 1080 days from the date of bonds' placement.

Let us remind that "PASHA Bank" - one of major players in banking sector of Azerbaijan is active in the securities market since last year, and until present they already had two successful issues of bonds for "UniLeasing" CJSC with the support of "UniCapital" OJSC. In the near future, Bank intends to further strengthen its position as underwriter and market maker.
