As part of the implementation of the new Development Strategy for the years of 2018-2020, changes have been made to the composition of the Executive Board of PASHA Bank, leading corporate bank of Azerbaijan.
Thus, in the light of renewal of organizational structure, Javid Guliyev, the former member of the Executive Board, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board has been appointed as Member of the Executive Board, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Commercial Officer of PASHA Bank.
Former Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer, Khayala Naghiyeva has been appointed as Member of the Executive Board and Chief Risk Officer of PASHA Bank.
Bahruz Naghiyev, who was previously the Director of the Treasury Department has been appointed as the Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of PASHA Bank.
Jalal Orujov, who previously held the position of Managing Director of the International Bank of Azerbaijan has been appointed as new Member of the Executive Board and Chief Operations Officer of PASHA Bank.
The changes has also been made to the composition of PASHA Bank's Supervisory Board. Shahin Mammadov, Director of Business Development and Deputy Executive Director of PASHA Holding has been appointed as Member of the Supervisory Board.
According to Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of PASHA Bank, the renewal of the Executive Board is primarily aimed at ensuring the further successful development of the Bank within the framework of the implementation of the new Development Strategy for 2018-2020.
"In the next three years, PASHA Bank will focus on the development of the digital component of the business, including the transition to customer service through digital channels and the respective transformation of business processes. I am confident that the implementation of the plans we outlined will exert positive impact on the efficiency and quality of the client services we provide and further strengthening the Bank's financial position in the local market", Kazimov summed up his thoughts.
