Vasif Gasimov has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT. He graduated from the National Aviation Academy in 2002, receiving a bachelor’s degree of an engineer-dispatcher. V. Gasimov obtained an EMBA degree from IE International Business School of Spain in 2015.

Vasif Gasimov’s professional career in the field of IT began in 2000. During 2000-2006, he served as an IT-engineer in various companies specialized in construction and Internet service Provider, as well as in NGOs.

In 2006, he joined “Azerfon” LLC as an engineer. Later, Vasif Gasimov was appointed as the director of the IT Department.

In 2017, V. Gasimov joined PASHA Bank as the director of the Information Security Department. In the period of 2018-2020, he was directing the IT Services Department of PASHA Bank.

V. Gasimov was appointed as the Chief Security Officer of PASHA Bank on January 5, 2021.
