UX/UI Designer

• UX/UI Designer will be responsible for driving product experiences with a key strength towards visual design, interaction design, digital brand guidelines, detailed UI design and UX. Candidate requires a solid foundational knowledge of user-centred design, frontend development, brand strategy, interaction design and information architecture.
• The role requires work within cross-functional agile product teams, senior designers will seek to create elegant user experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact (e.g., customer loyalty, employee engagement, and productivity).

• Explore solution space and refine concepts via wireframes and detailed high definition design
• Define the visual style and position relative to client digital unit design guidelines
• Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional agile product teams
• Actively collaborate with business / Brand stakeholders throughout the design and development process
• Research, identify and articulate customer needs
• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Owners
• Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements and behaviors
• Help Head of Products division and Product Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products at client digital unit
• Collaborate with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across client products

• 3+ years of experience in software design and development with focus on either UX or UI. Knowledge of agile software development process is preferred
• Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Experience with E2E design process from concept to product delivery
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
• A well rounded user-centered design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, and wearables is preferred
• Graphical and Visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Azure, Sketch or other tools for graphic design, visual design
• Experience with sketch library system and component creations
• Minimum Intermediate English required
