Product owner

Summary of role

• As a Product Owner, you will be involved in leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products to deliver business impact
• You would be a core member of the client digital unit team with end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital products, with a mission to shape and implement products that transform customer and employee experiences alike
• You will play an important role leading agile teams to develop solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for specific digital products
• Shape and own the product road-map and vision
• Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
• Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client
• Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with analytics teams

Required skills, and background

• 3+ years of strong experience in product development (business or IT)
• Background that comprises both solid banking business understanding as well as expert understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
• Preferably some knowledge of Agile and Design thinking
• Minimum Intermediate English required
