Obtained his higher education degree from the Faculty for economy planning at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy in 1987-1992
In 1993 took Management Course of Nottingham Trent University in Baku. In 1995 obtained his MBA degree from Salford University, Manchester, UK.

From 03.1996 to 10.2003 held various managerial positions such as Head of Financial Control Department, Head of Customer Services Department, deputy CEO at the British Bank of the Middle East (subsidiary of HSBC Bank)

From 10.2003 to 06.2005 worked as Director of F.T.F MMC Company
From 30.06.2007 Chairman of Executive Board of PASHA Bank.

 

Rovshan Shamil oglu Allahverdiyev

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board

Born on January 11, 1972

Obtained his higher education degree from Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics in 1989 -1997.

From 05.1992 to 08.1992 worked in Khayal Bank as a leading expert of the operations department. From 08.1992 to 04.1996 worked in Qaraqaya Commercial Bank as a leading expert in the operations department and subsequently as a chief accountant. From 04.1996 to 04.2002 worked in Aqrobank as a the Deputy Chief Accountant and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors;

From 04.2002 to 08.2002 worked in Zamin Bank as a Deputy Director of the Credit Department.From 08.2002 to 03.2003 held various managerial positions such as Credit and Finance Department. 

Director, Customer Service Department Director, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Caucasus Development Bank.

From 09.2003 to 05.2006 Director of "Avtoinvest" branch in Tekhnikabank.From 09.2006 to 10.2007 Director of Nasimi District Branch No1 in Kapitalbank.

Emil Daud oglu Hajiyev

Director of Operations Department

Born in July 17, 1973

Obtained his higher education degree from the faculty of Industrial Automation Processes at Azerbaijan Institute of Oil and Chemistry named after M. Azizbayov in 1990-1995.

In 1993 Graduated with Honors from the International Business School, of the Baku Social Management and Political Science Institute under International Institutional Development Association.

From 2000 to 2002 studied at the faculty of International Relations of Azerbaijan State University of Economy and graduated with a degree in Economics.

From 15.05.1995 to 30.07.2007 has been working at the National Bank of Azerbaijan on various positions, such as economist at the Operations Department; economist and subsequently as leading economist at the Currency regulation and control department; head of SWIFT Group in Settlements Department; following the structural changes at the National Bank of Azerbaijan has been appointed as the Chief Economist of the Payment Systems and Settlements Department
From 01.08.2007 - director of the Operations Department at PASHA Bank.

 

From 01.09.2003 to 17.01.2005-ci Shahin Mammadov worked as accountant and subsequently as deputy chief accountant at "Kochbank Azerbaijan" LTD. From 17.01.2005 to 30.06.2009 Shahin Mammadov has perused his career with "Deloite & Touche" Audit Company starting as Associate Auditor and then promoted to the 3rd degree associate auditor, Chief audit specialist and audit manager.

SH. Mammadov has joined PASHA Bank in 01.07.2009 as the Director of Financial Management department. He has been appointed as the member of the executive board on 18.05.2011.

 

Taleh Tahir oglu Kazimov

Member of the Executive Board

Born on 11 September, 1983

Higher education in the Azerbaijan Technical University, 2000-2004, "Department of automatic control and computer engineering". In 2006 received MBA degree (Azerbaijan State Oil Academy).

T. Kazimov began professional activity in 2001. During the period of 02.2004 - 09.2006 he occupied various positions in CJSC "Bank Standard" - leading specialist of Treasury department, Head of division of management accounting and budget planning, Deputy Director of corporate credits division. From 09.2006 to 01.2007 he worked as auditor in Ernst & Young Company. During the period of 01.2007 - 07.2007 T. Kyazimov was General Director of IAA "FinEko".

On 07.2007 Taleh Kazimov began working in PASHA Bank as Manager of Risk Management Department, and since 08.2009 he is Director of the Bank Treasury. Taleh Kazimov is member of the Board of Directors since 07.12.2011.
